3. User Accounts and Eligibility

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted

Age Requirements

Our platform is designed for use by parents and guardians registering minors for sports camps. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and agree to these Terms. Parents and guardians are responsible for all activities under their account.

4. Camp Registration and Payments

Registration Process

• Camp registrations are subject to availability and approval
• All participant information must be accurate and complete
• Medical information and emergency contacts are required for safety purposes
• We reserve the right to refuse registration for any reason

Payment Terms

• Payment is required to complete registration unless otherwise specified
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Pricing may vary based on residency status (e.g., Victoria BC residents)
• Fees are non-refundable unless specified in the camp's refund policy

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, coaches, or staff
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

6. Safety and Medical Information

You acknowledge that:

• Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks
• You must provide accurate medical information and emergency contacts
• You are responsible for ensuring participants are physically fit for activities
• 94Forward is not liable for injuries sustained during camp activities
• Medical information will be shared with coaches and staff as necessary for safety

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by camp and will be clearly stated during registration. Generally:

• Cancellations must be requested through your account dashboard
• Refund eligibility depends on timing and camp-specific policies
• Administrative fees may apply to cancellations
• No refunds for missed sessions due to personal circumstances

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 94Forward platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 94Forward and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 94Forward shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
